The owner of M&H Associates has over 18 years experience in diversity administration. This includes 12 years with the City of Charlotte which culminated as the City's Program Director. Next, he administered the MWBE Program for 38 schools in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools' Capital Improvements Program. This involved $444 million of expenditures. Recently, he was the Diversity Director for the construction of the 49 story Wachovia Corporate Headquarters and the surrounding arts buildings. This consisted of over $1.2 billion in construction in which they attained over 30% MWBE participation.
